The Maryland Department of Planning has developed annual report templates to help facilitate each local jurisdiction complete a variety of annual report information as required by the General Assembly.
All jurisdictions
- Land Use Article:
- §1-207 (basic requirements);
- 1-207(c)6. (5-year mid-cycle report).
All jurisdictions issuing more than 50 new residential permits
- Land Use Article:
- §1-208 (measure & indicators).
All jurisdictions with an adequate public facilities ordinance (APFO)
- Land Use Article:
- §7-104 (APFO restrictions within the Priority Funding Area).
All jurisdictions with a population greater than 150,000
- Land Use Article:
- §7-105(b) (building and development applications (BDA); and
- §7-105(c)(1) (housing permit information (HPI) report.
All counties

- §20-125(B) (impact fees, surcharges, and excise taxes)
