does not award grants or any other financial assistance. However, the Clearinghouse does provide access to information regarding state, federal, and private financial assistance opportunities through the Clearinghouse
Twitter feed, which is updated weekly. Also, the Clearinghouse provides information on all state financial and technical assistance opportunities through the

How to Submit a Project for Intergovernmental Review
The Maryland State Clearinghouse continues to process all applications for intergovernmental review.
Please only submit applications electronically and not by regular mail.

To submit a project, the applicant must email the review document electronically as a PDF to [email protected] or call (410) 767-4490.
Maryland state agency staff who want to submit applications directly through the Maryland Electronic Intergovernmental Review and Coordination (E-MIRC) system should first e-mail [email protected] with their name, state agency, title, and telephone number.
