Chief of Operations

budget and finance, as well as general departmental operations, to play a vital role in providing

Manager of Geospatial Applications and Technology (GAT)
Under the direction of the Assistant Secretary of the State Data and Analysis Center, the GAT Manager serves as a Project Manager and key team member in accomplishing and leading the activities of the GAT unit, including performance analytics, data visualization, geospatial database and server administration, and web-based mapping platforms. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring seamless operations and the advancement of GIS capabilities across the department. This position will oversee census-related geographic programs work and redistricting mapping assistance.
