This one-day workshop explored the skills necessary to develop an open, participatory and interactive planning process characteristic of democratic governance. The workshop is being led by Ron Thomas, AICP, a nationally recognized planner and expert in stakeholder involvement with a special Keynote presentation by Carolyn Lukensmeyer, founder of America Speaks.
