​Transportation Element Checklist​​

The following Maryland Department of Planning (MDP) guidance is intended to help local jurisdictions walk through the steps needed to develop the transportation element of their comprehensive plan that will successfully meet their community’s needs. The guidance can be used to inform the scope of work for the outreach, research, data collection, analysis, and writing necessary to develop a transportation element.
