Participating in this EPA grant-funded opportunity includes cost-free participation in the Maryland Department of Environment (MDE) Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) and the MDE Technical Review Service (TRS). The MDE VCP and TRS help property owners to reach the finish line for readying their properties for redevelopment by providing state authorization of environmental site conclusions and remedies.
