2020 Demographic and Housing Characteristics (DHC)

The U.S. Census Bureau releases data products from the 2020 Census on a rolling basis. In August 2021, the redistricting data (PL94-171) was released. On May 25th 2023 the Demographic Profiles and Demographic and Housing Characteristics File (DHC) were released for all geographies. The Profiles show five-year age cohorts by sex, major race breakdowns, households and household relationships, housing units, occupancy, and tenure. Profiles for the U.S., Maryland, and Maryland's Jurisdictions are presented in pdf format. Profiles for other geographies are accessible in pdf and excel format.
