Smart Growth Subcabinet Forum, The Governor's Smart Growth Subcabinet is holding a virtual public forum for county and municipal elected leaders and planning officials on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. This will be an opportunity for elected leaders and planning officials to discuss with the subcabinet local government issues relating to activities that affect smart growth, development, neighborhood conservation, and resource management.

Wild Kid Acres in Edgewater received the award for Preservation and Conservation for the work done to convert a vacant lot into a sustainable farm.
