Maryland Coordinated Permitting Review Council Pilots Projects

Pilot Projects Overview

The Executive Order and the Council identified key areas to include in the criteria for project identification to ensure a diverse cross section of projects were included in the Council’s pilot portfolio. The working group of the Council will develop a coordinated project plan, including timetables for completion of required plan reviews and responses, and permit approvals, for each project. The working group will provide accountability and oversight of the execution of each coordinated project plan and timetable, and when applicable, will engage federal and local government agencies that have jurisdiction over critical areas of review and permit approvals identified in the project plan for each project.
