Yellow dots are development that occurred between 02 and 07, red circles are projected amounts of development through 2030. The yellow dots were added by hand to point out all the new development. There were more improved parcels but many of them have yet to be built. This slide is an excellent example of sprawl growth that has occurred and precedes more development in the future.
